[Training session: CIBC x AIESEC]

INTRODUCTION

    The collaborative project between CIBC x AIESEC conducted a training session on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 9am to 11am, was physically held in Harry Markowitz, CamEd Business School and was attended by CIBC 9th members and AIESEC members. The training was about building an online business.

MEETING SUMMARY

    The purpose of the training course is to teach participants the differences between e-commerce and online business. Ms. Chan Puthina, the national director of talent management for AIESEC in Cambodia, gave the introductory remarks before Ms. Ly Bunthadaneth, the Co-president of CIBC 9th Gen, discussed the history of CIBC and some of the club's annual activities up to this point. Mr. Sok Saksisovutha who is our guest speaker began the training session, "Workshop: Building an Online Business," following the Opening Remark. Additionally, a case study with three groups was conducted to explore various questions relating to online business before playing Kahoot to further the knowledge covered in today's training session. Furthermore, he also asked the representative of each team to show and explain the idea of the team in order to have a discussion from the other team. Following that, Ms. Keng Sreypech gave the training session's closing remarks. Last but not least, there was a certification and feedback on the training session, there was also a picture session before we ended the training session.
