After the first speaker's speech, his speech followed by and started from 1:55 till 2:20 PM.  He starts the remark by explaining his own perspective about the brand. He thinks that a brand is  what sets a company or its products and services apart from its competitors and they have an  essence or spirit and values that make them worthwhile to the customers. He then continues on  how to develop a successful brand by knowing about your demographics and the tangible,  intangible benefits your products bring to your customers. He also mentioned that the inspiration  behind the company brand (Sabay) is that Sabay is literally translated to “Happiness” in Khmer.  Sabay is a news and entertainment company that does not only release news about unpleasant  events but it is a company that brings fun, entertainment and puts a smile on people’s face. Lastly,  Mr. Achaya defined the brand's success by looking at what competitors in the same industry are  doing. He also emphasized that a brand needs to have a good positioning and good differentiation  to deliver superior value to its customers as well as to be distinguished from competitors in the  market, so that it will give the brand a unique advantage that no other brands or companies can  have.

Break and Refreshments

By the end of the second speaker speech, it’s 2:20 PM which is a suitable time for a break  and refreshment. The event will start again once the clock hits 2:40 PM, so we have a 20 minutes  break, which is enough time for all speakers, guests and members to go to the bathroom and to  refresh themselves with snacks and drinks that we got from our sponsors.
